YUWEI HERE!!!!
PEOPLE!!!!!!
ATTENTION!!!
PLEASE PRACTICE ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
1) Know all the notes to OVERTURE No. 2.
2) Please practice the things that we go through during sectionals.
3) Those who already know the notes please try to make it smoother and even better move on to RHYTHM.
4) Those who already know the NOTES and RHYTHM please figure out the ARTICULATION.
5) Always remember AND take note to BREATHE and to BREATHE AT THE RIGHT PLACES.
We Dont have much time.....less than 11 weeks to SYF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets not waste precious time.
And not wait until there is sectionals to figure out your notes as sectionals is to try to tidy up things WITHIN your section and not to let you figure out your notes.
If you do not practice we will have to waste time to help each and everyone of you and we wouldnt be able to proceed to more advanced things.
I dont want to see anyone of you during the next band practice with nothing accomplished.
And please tell me what you have practised.
Lets make use of what precious little time we have.
Please COOPERATE and make things happen.
